We love living at McEwen Northside. We are new in town and it has been a great community to meet new people and socialize, be near a lot of restaurants, bars and shops, and just a few minutes away from downtown Franklin. The team is great and always helpful. Building maintenance is also very good.

Amazing location. Best amenities you will get at any apartment. The gym is top of the line. The best apartment I have ever lived at. The only two negatives I can say is price and how busy the area is due to all the restaurants/shops. I would live here for the foreseeable future if it was affordable.

Great community with great views. Two goose joined the lake when we moved in. This is like a resort with all the resort amenities. Golf simulator, steam, sauna, hot and cold plunge tubs.

Great community! I love the neighborhood and all of the amenities that come with it. There have been countless weekends where my husband and I have been able to just take a quick walk downstairs to grab dinner or a sweet treat. It’s really nice when the weather is great. I also like the walking path around the community. It’s perfect for daily dog walks.

I’ve had such a great experience here! Maintenance is always quick to address any issues (I’ve only had minor, self inflicted ones). The leasing staff is a joy! So many fun events to get residents engaged and active. I’ve loved my time here so much! The only feedback i would give is to push the community for speed bumps on Rush street- it gets SO loud with fast cars zooming through. I love the new stop sign though! And also would love pet clean up stations by the elevators, because some residents don’t clean up after their pets who have accidents in the elevators- I’ve stepped in messes multiple times.

It really is a great place to live. It is a great location. It also has the best amenities of any apartment I have ever lived in. The gym is top notch. Community is friendly. Rent is a little steep for the size of living space. The trash service is trash. No pun intended. Overall great and safe place to live.

We love the building, the amenities, and all the community events that help us meet our neighbors and stay in touch with what’s happening around us! The only detail that would make it better is having some better upkeep of a few things, like the carpets on our hallway which look dirty and stained.

The only issue I see is the common areas such as hallways including walls, baseboards and carpet need to be maintained regularly. There are many marks on the walls, damaged paint on baseboards and dirty carpet especially areas near entry/exit points.

"We are Family". Although many of us are the only resident of our own apartment, once we step out into the hall, the gym, the office, people are quick to engage in conversation. Most conversations begin with "How are you doing" and end with "Have a great day" Did I mention we can walk to "Italy, Mexico, or just hang out with our Neighbors.

it is mostly great - i seem to have new upstairs neighbors that are much heavier footed. my window wouldn't close properly from the settling of the building - and it wasn't technically fixed but they did a bandaid repair with foam to not have the air/heat leak in/out - the guys did a great job but i'm not certain that is actually going to keep the heat in this winter. we shall see. i do wish they would reframe it properly. otherwise it's a good place to live. :) i enjoy the neighbors on my hall and the local restaurants.

Our time here at McEwen Northside has been very satisfactory thus far. The management company and staff here appear to take maintaining the building and grounds seriously. There are always events going on throughout the month and they are a nice opportunity to attend and meet people if you want. The location of the complex is great for everyday needs like the going to the store, dining out but not going far, or just taking a walk. I work from home and the noise level at any given time is low. The only thing that's been less than stellar is the speed and how people drive in the parking garage. It is a two way garage and people 1. drive too fast and 2. don't seem to use the mirrors placed at the turns as there have been a few times people have taken a turn too fast and almost hit my car as I'm coming the opposite way.

We just moved in! We love the building, amenities and location. Everyone in the leasing office has been super nice and helpful, especially Emily K. Our only issue has been that the apartment was not well cleaned when we received it: lots of dog hair, dirty floors, dirty fridge, etc. Would have been nicer to receive the apartment knowing it was properly cleaned before we moved in.

The staff is friendly, the amenities are great but the cigar and cigarette smoking all over the property is troublesome. I enjoy going for walks and there are frequently people smoking in the middle of the sidewalks. Can we start fining people for smoking in non-designated areas?

Usually very clean, but the pile-up of "used" dog bags in all of the garbage bins every 7-10 gets a little nasty. My floor is very quiet and the staff is always very warm and friendly.

I enjoy the amenities especially the gym and dog park. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I could make a suggestion, it would be the noise. I have a neighbor (1011) whose old dog cries, wales, moans for several hours everyday. It appears he does not do well with being left alone. I am also frequently awakened by something sounding like garbage cans or metal on metal being banged in the mornings. I have also noticed our neighbors disregarding the no smoking policy and smoking while standing in the middle of the sidewalks. This is troublesome as I enjoy walking throughout the community and don't enjoy breathing in cigarette and cigar smoke while I am exercising. I wonder if another email to everyone living in the community reminding them of the no smoking policy would be helpful.

I feel like there are few construction issues, like plumbing, lighting, caulking, painting, as well as appliances problems. Also, the balcony is not level, and the floors are not connected properly.

I've lived here for 19 months and I have nothing but positive things to say. I love my unit and the amenities are wonderful. The entire front office is wonderful. The support staff is fantastic as well. I feel safe and secure in our environment and building. The events are so much fun!

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Everyone here is so friendly and the amenities are fantastic. Staff is quick to respond and accommodating. Place is always clean and tidy. They even have people picking up dog poop on the weekend.

McEwen North does a great job overall. The building is well kept, great amenities, and the location is fantastic. There have been a few hiccups but that is to be expected in a brand new development and I believe we won't experience them again going forward.

I have loved living here because the staff is so friendly and the property is well taken care of. It is very pet friendly with a dog park and indoor pet spa area. I love how convenient it is to walk to Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants and so many local shops.

From the kitchen design, to the cold plunge tub, to the sidewalk around the pond, everything in this community is designed beautifully. We especially love how quiet our apartment is-no neighbor noise!

The staff is amazing & always so helpful with any question or concern that we have. They were a bit understaffed a couple of months ago but even then, they got things done as quickly as they could. Love the neighborhood & all of the amenities. Would definitely rather live in the main building but we chose the other one lol.

Overall this is a good place to live. I love to convenience of the location to everything. There is a ton of construction noise and a few small things could change that could make this a truly luxe experience. But overall the staff have been helpful and kind.

Overall the apartment has great amenities, nice and helpful staff, and good maintenance team. The noise is not ever a problem. If you are trying to be picky and search for something wrong with the apartment it would be that the wifi is iffy in the gym, the traffic is bad during meal hours in the garage, and the mens bathroom by the gym is destroyed every time you go in there.

Apartment is wonderful! Roomy, high-end finishes, big balcony, lots of windows allowing for natural light, very pleased. Complex needs better maintenance and upkeep. Some hallways and common areas are very dirty.

You guys have done a great job at McEwen!! My only suggestion would be to get some more free weight racks, bars and plates for the gym. When several of us are down there simultaneously, one set just isn’t enough.

Love the location or the McEwen Northside complex with the availability of several restaurants, salons and Whole Foods within walking distance. The gym and swimming pool are very nice however pool area and grill areas are not monitored or maintained for garbage bag removal or cleanliness. Walking trails around complex are great as well as common area of balcony and lounge/lobby area. The addition of Shake Shack, Perry’s and North Italia are a plus. However, the lease renewal rate has increased astronomically since we moved in 5 months ago. Without any additional amenities and more apartment complexes opening soon, it doesn’t make sense.

We do love living here, the neighborhood is my favorite part. The only downfall is with how much we pay a month, when the AC goes out that shouldn’t take 4 days to fix or even hear back from someone. We waited 4 days for it to get fixed and it’s considered an emergency maintenance request. It was frustrating because no one would email us back about the maintenance request. It’s finally fixed now so all is good but it was definitely frustrating. Other than that, the amenities are great. & all of our neighbors are very friendly.

The community is great! But, my apartment sounds like a gurgling sewer line. There’s always loud dripping and donning water sounds coming from my water heater closet. Also, I live next to 2 entrances(garage/outdoors) and both doors slam with every entrance and exit. It’s really loud.

Move in process, was probably one of the worst move in experiences I've ever had. No one could really tell us where the best place to bring the uhaul. The first few months we were here, there were no signs for where anything was at. Was like walking through a maze. Even now the signs in the elevators are helpful, but signs in the hallways would be much better.

it’s hard to get an email back when you email. there are some issues with lease amounts and trying to renew. the amenities are great. there has been some poop in the elevators and dirty lately which is absolutely gross.

I think like most places, they're short-staffed right now, but to be totally honest, it seems like they're having trouble keeping the property up. The carpet in the hall had big chunks of dirt on it for almost a week before it was cleaned. I will also say there are a LOT of fees. But honestly, most of the staff here are SUPER nice and helpful, and really helped me and my husband out of a tough situation when we were looking for a short-term lease like, immediately. I really appreciate Darci especially, who even came to work on a day she wasn't scheduled, just to help us get things straight so we could move in. Darci is so so helpful and kind, and I've been a hot disaster literally every time she's dealt with me, so shoutout to her for being awesome. The sauna and pool are 12/10 beautiful and I love those things. Valet trash is the lifestyle upgrade I didn't know I needed. 4/5 but honestly really close to being 5/5. Cheers to this place!

My Goldendoodle and I moved in and from day one felt at home with meeting all the wonderful friendly neighbors and exploring the beautiful walking area and dog park. I love the beautiful views of the property and how convenient it is to walk to Whole Foods and near by restaurants and shops. I highly recommend checking out the neighborhood when choosing your new location to live.

Communication could be improved for new residents as far as the how, where, and whats. Most is left to discovery. Still some unanswered questions but if you must live in an apartment, this is a good one for amenities and location.

People sitting outside on their balconies saying hi, walking their dogs or playing with them in the dog park and, if office hours, the team in the lobby stopping everything to ask how you are :)

Moving in wasn’t the easiest. No one showed us where our unit was, where the mailrooms were, where the amenities are. We found them on our own. We also weren’t given mailroom keys or anything, we had to go to the office to ask for them. Just seemed a little unorganized but they may be better now. Everything else we love!
